🤝 Team Assignments

✔ Choose either Open Pairing or Requested Pairing during registration.

✔ Want to play with someone registering separately? Be sure to list their name on your registration form.

✔ Team assignments will be finalized and distributed on September 18.

✔ Requests for changes after September 30 will be considered only under limited circumstances and at the discretion of ACE staff and the golf professional.

Registration & Team Assignments

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all golfers, ACE staff, and the Beachwood Golf Club team, all golfers must register by September 14, 2026.

Team foursomes will be finalized and emailed to all registered golfers on September 18, 2026.

The ACE Golf Tournament is designed to be both a fun competition and a valuable networking opportunity. We encourage participants to embrace the chance to meet and play alongside fellow industry professionals.

When registering, golfers will be asked to select one of the following options:

Open Pairing– I am willing to be paired with other ACE golfers to complete a foursome.
Requested Pairing– I would like to play only with the golfers listed on my registration form and/or the individuals identified by me during registration.

If you would like to play with golfers who are registering separately, please be sure to list their names in the space provided on your registration form. ACE will make every effort to accommodate all pairing requests received by the registration deadline.

Open Pairing participants help create opportunities for attendees to connect with new industry friends and colleagues while enjoying a great afternoon on the course.

Changes & Substitutions

Changes & Substitutions

Requests for team changes or pairing adjustments will be accepted through September 30, 2026. While we cannot guarantee every request, we will make every effort to accommodate them.

If a member of your foursome is unable to attend, please notify ACE of the replacement golfer’s name no later than September 30, 2026 so that team assignments, scorecards, and tournament materials can be updated accordingly.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and flexibility. Last-minute changes made on the day of the tournament create significant challenges for tournament organizers, golf course staff, and fellow participants. While limited day-of adjustments may be considered in exceptional circumstances—such as a player emergency or a registered golfer being replaced by a substitute—any changes will be made solely at the discretion of ACE staff and the golf professional. Our goal is to honor as many requests as possible prior to the September 30 deadline, after which team assignments will generally be considered final.
