Early bird booth sales have completed and open registration for exhibitors opened on Tuesday, February 26th for ACE 2019.

ACE 2019 will once again be held at the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC and the show dates are October 10-12, 2019.

2018 survey results from the Operators and Exhibitors alike continue to praise the exposition for its yearly growth, hotel venue, superb education and popular networking opportunities. ACE 2019 will continue to strive to provide that high-quality exposition that ACE attendees continue to rave about!

Exhibitor Install
Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
Friday, October 11, 2019 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Exhibitor Hours
Friday, October 11, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Exhibitor Dismantle
Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

ACE 2019 show closes at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2019. Early dismantling before 1:00 pm will result in a $1,000 fine. All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 8:00 pm on October 12, 2019.

Included In Your Booth: Pipe and draping (8' back walls, 3' side walls in Navy Blue and White) and an ID sign with your company's name. Two chairs per booth and one 110v electrical drop are also included, but must be ordered in advance through CTD. The exhibit floor is carpeted so there is no need to order additional carpeting for your booth.

Tables, trash cans, freight, and cleaning services can all be ordered, for a fee, through Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD).
