What is Included with your Booth You
With each booth rental, you'll receive two complimentary registrations, One-110v electrical drop, and two chairs. Pipe/drape and signage with your company name are also included.
The rate for additional registrations in excess of the complimentary allotment is $25 for exhibitors/guests and $10 for minors (2-12 years).
Companies sponsoring at ACE 2026 may be eligible for additional complimentary registrations. Please contact the ACE office at (919) 387-1221 or info@atlanticcoastexpo.com for sponsorship details.
Payment Details
Early Bird payment is due March 31, 2026 or higher price prevails. Final booth payments must be made by August 31, 2026. For cancellations on or before August 31, 2026, all but $50/booth will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 31, 2026. All booths not fully paid for by August 31, 2026 will be FORFEITED back into booth inventory - no exceptions.
Early dismantling BEFORE the end of the show will result in a $1,000 fine. All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7:00 pm, Saturday, October 11, 2026.
