Your Booth Package Includes:

✔ Two complimentary registrations

Need additional registrations? Additional exhibitor and guest badges are available for $25 each, and registrations for minors (ages 2–12) are $10 each.

Payment Details:
Early Bird payment is due March 31, 2026 or higher price prevails. Final booth payments must be made by August 31, 2026. For cancellations on or before August 31, 2026, all but $50/booth will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 31, 2026. All booths not fully paid for by August 31, 2026 will be FORFEITED back into booth inventory - no exceptions.

Early dismantling BEFORE the end of the show will result in a $1,000 fine. All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7:00 pm, Saturday, October 11, 2026.

Registration Fees

️ $125 – Registrations after September 14

️ $150 – Day-of Registration (limited availability)

Team Assignments

✔ Choose either Open Pairing or Requested Pairing during registration.

✔ Want to play with someone registering separately? Be sure to list their name on your registration form.

✔ Team assignments will be finalized and distributed on September 18.

✔ Requests for changes after September 30 will be considered only under limited circumstances and at the discretion of ACE staff and the golf professional.
