Attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and its variants and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the ACE tradeshow. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless ACE, TayCar, Inc., North Carolina Vending Association, South Carolina Vending Association and Virginia Automatic Merchandising Association, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any  COVID -19 and/or its variants claims. The Attendee also agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by ACE and the event venues.

Payment Details

Early Bird payments are due April 30, 2021 or higher price prevails. Final booth payment must be made by August 15, 2021. For cancellations on or before August 31, 2021, all but $50/booth will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 31, 2021. All booths not fully paid for by August 15, 2021 will be FORFEITED back into 2020 booth inventory - no exceptions.

Early dismantling BEFORE the end of the how will result in a $1,000 fine. All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7:00 pm, Saturday, October 16, 2021.

Included In Your Booth
One electrical drop (110v) is also included with each booth, Pipe and draping (8' back walls, 3' side walls in Navy Blue and White) and an ID sign with your company's name.  The hotel will have folding chairs available throughout the ballroom and the hallways for exhibitors to use in their booths. If you have any difficulty locating chairs, please alert CTD staff who will be on site setting up for the show. The exhibit floor is carpeted so there is no need to order additional carpeting for your booth.

With each booth rental, you'll receive two complimentary registrations, The rate for additional registrations in excess of the complimentary allotment is $25 for exhibitors/guests and $10 for minors (2-12 years).

Tables, trash cans, freight, and cleaning services can all be ordered, for a fee, through Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD).
