Prepare Your Booth for Sun, Sand, and Fun!


Not only are we excited about the ACE 2018 theme "Sand, Sun, and Fun," but we hope you are!  Along with the fun stuff, you need to make sure you have the essentials ordered THRU Carolina Tradshow Decorators (CTD)!

With show time rapidly approaching, exhibitors will want to begin ordering any accessories they may require for their booths. Pipe and draping (8' back walls, 3' side walls), 2 chairs per booth, and an ID sign with your company's name are included in your booth registration. The exhibit floor is carpeted so there is no need to order additional carpeting for your booth. Electricity, tables, trash cans, freight, and cleaning services can all be ordered through CTD.

   For cancellations on or before August 30th, 2018, all but $50/booth will be refunded. No refunds after August 30th, 2018. Substitutions are allowed. Refunds issued by check only.

ACE 2018 show closes at 1pm on Saturday Oct. 13.  Early dismantling BEFORE 1pm WILL result in a $1,000 fine.  All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7 p.m., Oct. 12, 2018.

ACE would like to thank all 2017 exhibitors for making our show a great success! We would like to show our appreciation by offering 10% off 2017 regular booth pricing to 2017 exhibitors who reserve their 2018 space by January 31st, 2018. ACE 2018 pricing after Jan. 31, 2018 is shown below. 

It's simple, REGISTER by January 31st, PAY by March 30th, 2018.

Exhibitor Early Bird Registration:   

  • Early Bird Registration must be completed by January 31, 2018 with payments received by March 30, 2018.
  • Early Bird Registration guarantees first right of refusal of your 2017 booth space for 2018. First right of refusal cutoff date is January 31, 2018. After this date, your 2017 booth space will be available for open registration.   
  • If you wish to MOVE from your 2017 location, please make your request after January 31st.  If you desire early bird pricing, you MUST PRE-REGISTER by January 31st.    
  • Payment by March 30th, 2018 guarantees Early Bird Rates which are applied to your 2018 booth. Higher 2018 booth pricing will be applied if pre-registration payments are received after March 30, 2018.
  • Exhibitor Early Bird Rates ONLY available to 2017 exhibitors through Jan. 31, 2018.
