ACE would like to thank all 2018 exhibitors for making our show a great success! We would like to show our appreciation by offering discounted booth rates to 2018 exhibitors who reserve their 2019 space by January 31st, 2019.

It's simple, REGISTER by January 31st, PAY by March 31st, 2019.

EXHIBITOR Early Bird Registration Fees:

Pembroke/Winchester/Oxford/Eton Booths: $815 (After Jan 31, 2019 - $900 each)

Required Association Fee $375
Ex: 6' x 10' = $1190, 6' x 20' = $2005

Cambridge & Westminster Hall Booths: $815 (After Jan 31, 2019 - $900 each)

Kensington Ballroom Booths: $1062.50 (After Jan 31, 2019 - $1175 each)

Exhibitor Early Bird PRINTABLE Registration

By registering online, by mail or via fax, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the ACE Exhibitor Contract Conditions.

Exhibitor Early Bird Registration:   

  • Early Bird Registration must be completed by January 31, 2019 with payments received by March 31, 2019.
  • Early Bird Registration guarantees first right of refusal of your 2018 booth space for 2019. First right of refusal cutoff date is January 31, 2019. After this date, your 2018 booth space will be available for open registration.   
  • If you wish to MOVE from your 2018 location, please make your request after January 31st.  If you desire early bird pricing, you MUST PRE-REGISTER by January 31st.    
  • Payment by March 31, 2019 guarantees Early Bird Rates which are applied to your 2019 booth. Higher 2019 booth pricing will be applied if pre-registration payments are received after March 31, 2019.
  • Exhibitor Early Bird Rates ONLY available to 2018 exhibitors through Jan. 31, 2019.

** NOTE: For cancellations on or before August 31, 2019, all but $50/booth will be refunded. No refunds after August 31, 2019. Substitutions are allowed. Refunds issued by check only.

Exhibitor Install: Thursday, October 10th 3-10pm - Friday, October 11th 8am-12pm

Exhibitor Hours: Friday, October 11th 1-6pm, Saturday, October 12th 10am-1pm

Exhibitor Dismantle: Saturday, October 12th 1-7pm.
ACE 2019 show closes at 1pm on Saturday Oct. 12th.  Early dismantling BEFORE 1pm WILL result in a $1,000 fine.  All exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment from the exhibit hall no later than 7 p.m., Oct. 12, 2019.

In addition to applicable state and local tax, a daily resort charge, (discounted for ace to $10.00 per room, per night) will be added.

Pipe and draping (8' back walls, 3' side walls), 2 chairs per booth (upon request), One 110v electrical drop, and an ID sign with your company's name are included in your booth registration. The exhibit floor is carpeted so there is no need to order additional carpeting for your booth. Tables, trash cans, freight, and cleaning services can all be ordered through Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD).
