Local Food Bank Receives ACE Donation
The Low Country Food Bank in South Carolina reported to ACE this week that ACE's donation of 2373 pounds of food in October will translate into 1825 meals for people in the SC Coastal Area. What an amazing contribution! Thank you Suppliers for your generousity!

Awards Breakfast Keynote Speaker, Denise Ryan, MBA, CSP
We are pleased to announce that we have secured motivational speaker Denise Ryan, MBA, CSP for the ACE Awards Breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 22nd from 8-9:30am. A Raleigh, North Carolina based professional speaker Denise Ryan is a motivational pyromaniac. Her infectious energy and enthusiasm will set a room ablaze.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a master's degree in business, what she really specializes in is lighting fires. Denise's trademark interactive programs address myriad workplace issues such as dealing with change, staying motivated and the secrets of successful selling. Denise’s infectious enthusiasm motivates the unmotivated and challenges the challenged.
Catalinas Bring Their Beach Music to ACE Finale
We're excited to unveil the entertainment that we have booked...local beach band the Catalinas to play at the ACE Finale Event on Saturday, Oct. 22nd from 6-9pm!
Since the Catalinas formed in Charlotte in late 1957, over 60 accomplished guitarists, keyboardists, trumpet players, drummers, bass players & singers have been a part of the band. Most have come from communities along the Interstate 77 corridor from Statesville to Charlotte. Gary Barker, a Statesville resident, who plays guitar & sings and owns the band now, started with the band in 1965, & is still with the band after all these years. "I just did not get into my head that I was getting paid to do something I love." Barker attributes the band’s long success to the ongoing popularity of beach music & the tunes the band has composed, Particularly "Summertime’s Calling Me" in the 70s.
These events coupled with our Welcome Event which kicks off ACE 2011 on Friday evening come together to create a complete tradeshow experience under one roof!
Plan to stay through Saturday night to enjoy an evening of networking, great food and awesome entertainment!
