Exhibitor Booth Registration Fees:
Kensington Ballroom Booths: (10x10 & 8x10) - $1100 each
Required Association Fee $375
Ex: 10' x 10' = $1475, 20' x 10' = $2575
Cambridge Hall Booths: (6x10) - $825 each
Required Association Fee $375
Ex: 6' x 10' = $1200, 6' x 10' = $2025

2013 Exhibitor Special Pre-Registration:
- Pre-registration must be completed by JANUARY 31, 2014 with payments received by March 31, 2014.
pre-registration guarantees first right of refusal of your 2013 booth
space for 2014. First right of refusal cutoff date is JANUARY 31, 2014.
After this date, your 2013 booth space will be available for open
(2013 & 2014 Booth floor plans are attached)
you wish to MOVE booth from your 2013 location, please make your
request February 1st or after. If you desire early bird pricing, you
must STILL PRE-REGISTER by January 31st.
- Payment by March
31st, 2014 guarantees Lower Pre-registration Fees which are applied to
your 2014 booth. Higher 2014 booth pricing will be applied if
pre-registration payments are received after March 31st, 2014.Exhibitor

Important ACE Exhibitor Forms
With show time rapidly approaching, exhibitors will want to begin ordering any accessories they may require for their booths. Pipe and draping (8' back walls, 3' side walls), 2 chairs per booth, and an ID sign with your company's name are included in your booth registration. The exhibit floor is carpeted so there is no need to order additional carpeting for your booth. Tables, trash cans, freight, and cleaning services can all be ordered through Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD). Click here to view the 2014 Exhibitor's Kit - Coming Soon!
